Fears of an American civil war, orchestrated by installing Mr Trump and seeking the internal conflict to destabilise USA, are increasing.  At first we believed that his installation would suppress a civil war, yet alas, it is becoming a viable possibility.

It is thought that what ports to be an insertion of an asset deep into US politics, has seemingly gone otherwise unnoticed. Inasmuch as it will be “closing the stable door after the horse has bolted,” the assertion is being investigated. It is however not the who and why that need to be addressed, but the longer game at play here. Intelligence agencies will discover the root of the alleged manipulation is from a shadow tier in the Global South.
  We believe that as the civilian public display unrest against the rising, regressive changes in the USA, two or three factions will emerge. It is thought that the US will, in some shape or form, will look to Europe to help.
 
  It is understood that a trial run, an experiment, has been carried out, with some initial, tentative attempts being made in former USSR states that now are either in Europe, or desire to be. The experiment has been to see if a western, democracy can be infiltrated and collapsed via the ruse of social media combined with misinformation.
  With this in mind, we urge all agencies to proceed with extreme caution as the ‘contemporary future’ unfurls. Opinion will appear to conquor truth, but “What is truth?”* Ergo, discerning facts will be challenging. This is not a Cold war, but a shadow one. For if the GS is successful in destroying a democracy, then the rules of warfare are changed. And this is why the European countries are being urged to pick up the pace of adapting their armed forces, by the unwitting harbinger of the US.

It also has to be stated that reliance on AI should proceed with caution, as no thing created by humankind can be purely subjective; no one can detach from emotional content, for it influences our very understanding and beliefs regarding society. Therefore, an AI can be built with an objective, which is like creating your own personal chess champion. If countries implement a foreign based AI programme, it needs excessive scrutiny before implementation. The utmost caution is advised. By everyone jumping on the bandwagon of AI, they have become susceptible to cyber-influences of rogue states and the GS.
  This would then potentially lead to the end game of the shadow warfare: once the US has entered civil war, by civilians and democratic voters rising up against the tide of Trumpism, a void will be created leaving a space open for another superpower to arise. I suspect it will be India, as the GS wouldn’t play their ironic trump card yet. To install India as a superpower and downgrade America, displays incredible ingenuity. What would this mean? That the friction between China and India would become the focus.  
  The world map will change with similar stages as first seen in the former USSR states; Myanmar, Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, Taipei, and South Korea should prepare for the challenges ahead. Once the present Dalai Lama passes, this will escalate almost as if it is catalyst. The obfuscation here has been greater than any with the USA, and has not been of the Global South, yet the “various actors.”
  It’s our belief that one from this shadow tier has been inspired and brought the technique with them to the GS. Once the Americans are fighting and India emerges, the relevant actors will emerge from the shadows. It is believed that they are under the belief of creating a world government. This may seem odd, but we consider that the moves being made now are designed to have 4 divisions reduced to 2; North, south, east, west down to East  & West. Current forecast is as mentioned in our report from 29th Oct 2024. Once the reduction is made, the assimilation of one side to the other renders a one world government. It is thought that at this point, credits will replace material finance (coinage, bank notes, etc) and money/profit is not actively sought, but exchanges made against levels of credit. A further explanation of this will be in a future report.
    Even though ambitious, it is flawed.

When (what will eventually become) the “United Reformed Western States”^ joins with Europe, it will be because of the civil war in the USA. It is expected at this time that Europe will have better cohesive defence and will evolve to become a new Modern Europe and it is anticipated that governments of European countries will share presidency by terms of 5 years with no consecutive terms being permitted. For Europe, I believe, will try a new, progressive system of government, where those who sign up will pool resources from national level and ramp this up so that essentially Europe will be as ‘one state,’ hence the proceedings of single terms of presidency scheme. This would enable a country, who has fallen foul of an external actor, not be controlled by it for European Superstate would then ‘take charge,’ investigate, and reinstall local government once the threat has passed. Fundamentally, it means that unity will bring strength and any country susceptible to external influences would be defended from within, albeit from a different country that is part of the European state.
  It is thought that it will also change leadership roles; each country, or state, having 3 leaders of equal proportion – Premier, President, Prime Minister. This will be so no one person has absolute power. It would work on a principle of agreement, so if two voted ‘yes’ and one as ‘no,’ a motion can be carried forward. Equally, if the question is not answered as such, then reframe the question and gather the answers. For example, if a country asks a question that receives an answer of one ‘yes,’ one ‘no’ and an abstention, rephrase the problem to illicit results such as Yes/No/Yes, etc. The shared power of three equal leaders, should then arrest any potential dictatorship.
  The European country that will be ‘currently presiding government’ in the future, will aid the US in establishing order, only with the condition that they have the rights to the minerals, hydrocarbons, et al in the land, so to encourage an egalitarian system of credit, as opposed to traditional finance.
The governing European country of that time will offer reconciliation and broker any assistance required. Personally, I believe that it will be France or the United Kingdom that will do this and enter the next phase of metamorphosis, saving America from itself. The timeline is uncertain, but the initial belief is that these events will be within 10 years. The unrest will be extremely distressing.

The cause for such events is imminent, yet the progressive values within Europe at this time will become augmented to support the rebirth of a Modern Europe superstate, where the aforementioned schemes of defence, leadership and government, regardless of an American civil war, will be installed. This is the way forward for Europe, so to stand against the machinations of potential external actors. As already mentioned, Mr Trump has unwitting let us know what we need to do to stop this, as if it was a ‘Watergate’ moment, leaving the back door ajar so we can peak in and catch a glimpse of what’s to come.

The potential of a civil war in America is one the rise, yet regardless of what actually occurs, the message is clear, “Buckle up, fix your governments and defenses Europe, as they’re coming for you.” And the simple message is, don’t let one person control all the carrots!
